Deeni is our resident nutrition expert and she loves food! She is always experimenting in her kitchen preparing healthy, delicious creations to share. She is also an avid nature-lover and is often found hiking and exploring many of Adelaide’s beautiful nature spots. Although she follows a vegan diet herself, she enjoys helping others achieve better health no matter what their food/lifestyle preferences are.
With a fascination for food and how it affects our bodies, Deeni pursued a career in nutrition and is passionate about providing evidence-based nutrition advice that is centered around individual needs and preferences, in order to help you make realistic and sustainable healthy changes that fit in with your lifestyle. She is committed to following you through every little step of your journey towards greater health.
