Kirrilly is dedicated to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a calm and safe space where together, thoughts, feelings and ideas can be shared and explored. She provides counselling for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD and can also help with emotion regulation, unhealthy relationships and self-esteem issues, to name just a few.
Over the years, Kirrilly has developed a particular interest in teen and women’s therapy and feels passionately about helping young people and women of all ages empower themselves to live more authentic lives.
