B. Exercise and Sport Science, Masters of Physiotherapy

Olivia, better known as Liv in the clinic, graduated from Flinders University with a Masters of Physiotherapy.

She has a keen interest in helping clients with sports related injuries, re-occurring injuries as well as fall prevention, balance improvement and neurological presentations. She is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals through a holistic and hands on approach.

Having a  background as a Head Gymnastics Coach for more than 8 years, teaching at both a recreational and competitive level, Liv is passionate about helping individuals of all ages to perform at their optimal function with correct movement patterns (something she has been seeing the benefits of with her students for many years).

She is well equipped to manage a wide range of conditions using manual therapy techniques, dry needling, postural correction techniques, functional movement analysis and corrective exercises.

She is excited to provide individualised treatment programs geared towards the level and goals of her clients.

When not busy in the clinic or training budding gymnasts, Liv enjoys going on runs or hikes, spending time exploring SA’s beaches and cooking for her family.
